Normally, a red blood cell carries no more than 97% oxygen. Many experts will argue that you cannot force another 3% into the cell.
This is true!
But hold your breath here!
The additional 3% oxygen is absorbed by the plasma (which carries the red and white blood cells) and is then pushed into the body's cells without the aid of the red cells.
If you are consistently feeding your body the extra oxygen, there will be an extensive increase in your total tissue oxygen level. The goal is to keep the oxygen level of your blood as close to 100 points as you can for your entire life.
Depending on your age, your oxygen levels (pO2), measured in millimeters of mercury, should be between- 95 and 100. Many doctors will advise that low score "... is normal for your age." It's true, but it's only normal because 99% of people don't know that it doesn't have to be low and you can keep it high where it belongs!
It is almost impossible to get too much oxygen- unless you are in a hyperbaric hard chamber where you are closely watched by a certified technician.
But the process is time-consuming and expensive.

Disclaimer: We do not recommend daily use of oxygen more than 60 minutes a day for recreation purposes. However, one health professional colleague is recommending 2 hours per day for cases of extra chemical sensitive people and he tells me they are no longer chemically sensitive after 3-4 months of that 2-hour daily session. So I am hard pressed to worry too much about 60 minutes. Integrating it with moderate exercise for relatively short periods of time is recommended. One study in Canada has shown that using a rebounder for 15 minutes a day while breathing the oxygen from one of these units is like being on it the full 24 hours a day.

This causes inflammation in the capillary on the outgoing side of the capillaries; which further limits blood flow; which causes more stress; and the cycle continues.
Capillary venous inflammation contributes to almost all pathological conditions and it hampers virtually all healing responses. Most importantly he developed a method to quickly and permanently fix it.
His technique is very simple, - using Dr. William Campbell Douglas’ Law of Mass Action, if you raise plasma oxygen level, the blood circulation can be restored and capillary inflammation could be reduced.
