Chaitow, Bradley, Gilbert. 280 Pages
I disagree with their parameters of "normal" implying "healthy" breathing as 10-14 breaths per minute but if I had done a science based book it would be almost identical to this one. With very few exceptions, it matches my intuition, experience, and theories of how to rapidly develop breathing. I predict this book will be the "disordered breathing" bible for quite some time. But it will miss lead many.
