#912. NADA Chair. (No Chair)

A way cool alternative to a chair with a back or a stool.

It's a great way to have a back/breathing support to a chair without needing the back rest portion.

NADA CHAIR translates in Spanish to "NO CHAIR".

Use with poorly designed (most of them) auditorium, office, dining room and reception chairs.

, I started doing the BBE #2 exercise with a Nada chair, which seems to help me get a deeper breath. I was doing the BBE #2 today and instead of the watching breath alone combined it with a slight rocking back and forth (a little tantric twist) and got some very nice energy rushes.
