Prosperity and Breathing

To me the secret of life is creating energy and managing it.
To combine prosperity and breathing you must purposefully engage the Reticular Activating System (RAS) of the brain. The RAS is the part that unconsciously remembers things you can program it for but do not need or want them to have to stay in your consciousness as you may have more present time goals or issues to address. It runs sort of like windows  software in the back ground; checking, protecting and also guiding or screening to stay on your course of success and prosperity. Focus on what you want, not what you don't want. Be VERY specific because you are going to get what you ask for. Watch the film The Secret for more about this. 

There is another aspect of success and it involves energetics. You must be able to tolerate the energy and excitement of success. It is a feeling thing.  You must as some psychologists say "contain" this positive energy. Or "raise your energy thermostat".  You have seen zealots in overdrive or hyperdrive and they too often run out of momentum or go too far too fast and lose what they have gained or turn people off that could help them with their goals. Pacing and or quantity is critical to the balance of energy usage.  This is one place pranayama may or may not fail as it may or may not properly guide one into a balanced sense of energy. Balance really is a key here.  

My favorite CD for all that is Better Breathing Exercise #2. You create the balanced manageable energy and then think of things you want in life. In this way the RAS gets a giant dose of positive and balanced specific energy to guide your unconscious and conscious mind on a moment to moment basis.

First you must develop your breathing
Then you use the www.breathing.com/exercise2.htm  to consciously and gently hyperinhalate and develop a balanced aerobic reserve. With this aerobic reserve and the RAS stimulation you then you think thoughts that involve success and prosperity. The brain's RAS will naturally remember those thoughts, goals and purposes.
